Every membership strengthens our Society’s ability to educate, preserve records, and support others on their journey to discover Polish family history. We invite you to join a community of fellow researchers who understand the unique challenges — and the profound rewards — of tracing Polish roots and keeping family stories alive.
Membership is $30 per year.

- Access to every monthly hybrid meeting — join us via Zoom from anywhere, or attend in person if you’re local to the Western New York area
- A growing library of 30+ recorded presentations, available on demand through your Member Portal
- Searchers, our newsletter, published three times a year — delivered by mail or emailed as a PDF, your choice — plus five years of archived issues online
- Our Genealogy 101 presentation and handout, designed to walk new researchers through the essential first steps
- Member surnames and ancestral villages lists — browse submissions from fellow members to find others researching the same families or locations
- Personalized, member-to-member research assistance, available in person (Western New York area), by phone, or via Zoom
- Access to the Member Portal — a password-protected area where members can find all of the above

Not ready to join just yet? You’re welcome to attend one of our monthly meetings in person first — all in-person meetings are open to the public, free of charge. It’s a great way to meet our members and get a feel for what PGSNYS is all about.
