November 10 — “Working with a Polish Researcher” Dorena Wasik has made numerous trips to Poland to research her and other people’s family history, and offers insight as to what it takes to research in Poland or to hire a researcher in Poland to help you discover your Polish family roots.

Dorena Wasik has been a frequent visitor to Poland, both on her own and with trips organized by her with the Polish American Foundation in Connecticut to reconnect Americans with their Polish roots. She received Polish citizenship in 2018 and was made an honorary citizen of Kadzidło, Poland in 2019.
